Went in because I've been craving pizza for the past 8 days. figured I'd just get a regular slice but... read moreWent in because I've been craving pizza for the past 8 days. figured I'd just get a regular slice but then my eyes came across this beautiful and hefty eggplant parm pizza. holy moly, this thing looked amazing, complete with fresh mozzarella. I took my order to go and could not wait to devour it. finally got home and WOW what an amazing flavor explosion in my mouth. The eggplant was well seasoned, breaded and had a very crispy crunch but still managed to be soft and edible inside, coupled with fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce and im guessing it's fresh basil. Love is an understatement!
Also ordered some white slices (lots of ricotta on these and that's how I like it) as well as a spinach/cheese calzone. both were delightful.
